• Mutual Fund Distribution: Singhal Consultancy Services is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-317282). In this capacity, we distribute mutual fund products of various Asset Management Companies (AMCs) through our distribution platform, NJ Wealth (Integrated Enterprises India Ltd.). We earn distributor commissions from AMCs on investments made through us, which creates an inherent conflict of interest that we disclose transparently to our clients. We are not a SEBI Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), and we do not charge advisory fees.
• Insurance Advisory: Singhal Consultancy Services is registered with the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) as an Insurance Advisor. We facilitate the placement of life, health, motor, and other general insurance products through Probus Insurance Broker Pvt. Ltd. and NJ Insurance. We earn commission from insurance companies on policies placed through us.
• NISM Certification: Manan Singhal, Principal Advisor, holds a valid NISM Series-V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification and CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification.
• Not a Stockbroker: We are not registered as a stockbroker, sub-broker, or depository participant with SEBI. We do not facilitate trading in equities, derivatives, commodities, or any exchange-traded instruments directly.

In the interest of full disclosure, you may verify our registrations directly with the relevant regulatory bodies: AMFI (amfiindia.com), IRDAI (irdai.gov.in), and NISM (nism.ac.in).
